Ben has spent [X] years in the Australian insurance industry, working across broking, compliance, and network operations. He built Martin because he'd seen first-hand what happens when networks prioritise volume over relationship — and because he believed there was a better way to support the independent brokers who form the backbone of the industry.

Martin operates under ISH's AFSL as part of the Steadfast network. It's intentionally small and intentionally selective — because the quality of the support depends on knowing the brokers we work with.

  • Independence has to mean something — not just a different logo on the same franchise
  • The best support is direct, not filtered through a help desk
  • Compliance should enable brokers, not slow them down
  • Small is a feature, not a limitation — the right fit matters more than scale
