Martin is deliberately selective. That means the brokers you share a network with are operating at a similar level, which makes the community genuinely useful, not just a list of names.
Private Slack community
Martin ARs have direct access to a private Slack community, a live channel with other brokers in the network and the Martin team. Ask a market question, share intelligence on a class, flag a compliance grey area, or get a second opinion on a complex risk.
It is not a forum. It is not moderated by a committee. It is a direct line.
The value of a selective network
Large AR networks have hundreds of ARs. The community becomes noise, competing interests, varying quality, no real reason to collaborate. A network of thirty specialist brokers sharing market intelligence is worth more than a database of four hundred.
Martin’s Fit Score exists partly for this reason: the people you share a network with should be worth sharing it with. As the network grows, the community will, events, shared professional development, introductions between complementary specialists. For now, the channel is open and the team is there.
